His Excellency the Secretary-General, Chairman of the Association of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Dr. Muhammad bin Abd al-Karim al-Issa, that the message that the league focuses on is to serve the Holy Book in the standards of its education in the field of Qur’anic license with a chain of transmission related to the Messenger of God, may the blessing of Allah be upon him.
It includes the conditions and controls of the license, including memorizing the Holy Qur’an perfectly, and memorizing the introduction system in intonation and understanding its explanation.
It should be noted that 78 countries of the world hosted and implemented programs for memorizing and refining the Noble Qur’an, which carry out this sacred mission, the Muslim World League.
Sheikh Dr. Muhammad bin Abdul Karim Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League, pays great attention to recitation, memorization, reflection, and dissemination of the Holy Qur’an in the Islamic world, where he is keen to invest all the occasions and events in which he participates to confirm that a correct understanding of the Holy Book makes conscious peoples, harmony prevails among them and harmony of ideas, and all this works to avoid any clashes between them at this time and in the future.
Sheikh Al-Issa works, through the positions he held in his career, to support and motivate a number of Islamic countries to take care of the Holy Book, memorize it correctly, and spread it among youth groups, to spread tolerance and understanding among humanity.
